Perth Radio Sailing CLub decided that the 2020 Ray TIlbrook Memorial Ten Rater regatta would be shifted to the Maylands Yacht Club following difficulties with the water level at Jackadder Lake. The 2020 Michael Bell Memorial Ten Rater regatta was held at a blustery Jackadder Lake on Saturday 19 September. Michael was a long serving ARYA Treasurer and a fine Ten Rater skipper, winning a number of Western Australian Ten Rater Championships. This regatta is held annually to remember Michael and his contribution to radio sailing in Australia.Read More

The DF95 Shootout! held on 19 July at Austin Lakes saw a forecast of southeasters at 0 to 3 knots and that was what we got, more often closer to the zero than the three and from a range of directions either side of SE. PRO Warren Rock and his able course-setter Graeme Colmer set 2 sets of top marks and allowed the racing to go ahead without too many pauses for mark-shifting.Read More
Another terrific performance by WA skippers at the DragonFlite 95 National Championships which concluded at Austin Lakes this afternoon. Congratulations to WA's Andrew Grist and Barry Donaher for taking the first two places in the regatta. NSW skipper and DF Class Association President, Phil Burgess rounded out the podium taking third postition.Read More
Following on from the trip to Yarrawonga, Team WA headed for the City of Churches to contest the A Class National Championships. We remember sailing at West Lakes from the 2016 Nationals and were looking forward to sailing in clear waters with good wind.

Victoria's Kirwan Robb went back to back in the ARYA Ten Rater National Championships. Kirwan sailed especially well through some trying conditions. Scott Condie from Kogarah Bay finished second, sailing a Trance - the same design of boat as Kirwan. Steve Sedgmen rounded out the podium, sailing his own design Sanga.Read More
